It is common to see pedestrians busy on their phones while crossing the road, putting their lives on risk. But how many of us have ever cared about it? Well our gabru jawan Kanwar Dhillon is a little different. Yesterday (20 April), the actor saved a life on the busy roads of Malad. It so happened that the guy was on his way to meet a friend on his bike, when he saw a girl busy chatting on the phone, unaware of a car rushing towards her. When Kanwar noticed this, he ran towards her and pulled her to safety. The girl showered her gratitude on him, but Kanwar definitely was in no mood as he shared, “I gave her a piece of my mind and told her that boyfriends will come and go but life is too precious to be destroyed this way. We don't understand that such casual incidents can actually take our lives. The road is already filled with cars and one needs to be careful while crossing the road.” “I am really amazed to see how people take life so carelessly. Our life is entangled with so many others and such incidents can be a huge loss for the whole family. I request people to make sure they look around while crossing the road. A phone call can be delayed but not your life,” he added. Kanwar, we are definitely proud of you!
