MUMBAI: Last seen in the show ‘Chandragupta Maurya’, Kartikey Malviya will soon feature in ‘Radhakrishn’ as Samba. It’s the first time that the actor will be seen in a negative character.

He says, “In my last show ‘Chandragupta Maurya’ the actors who were in the negative roles fascinated me a lot. Moreover when I saw actor Ranveer Singh in the movie ‘Padmaavat’ the urge in me to play a negative character grew stronger. This would be a big challenge but I think it would be good for my profile too."
“Negative characters have a charm of their own. I think an actor gets a lot of acting space when portraying a character like this. I had limitations in my last show as I was expected to behave in a certain way but here I am a free bird it seems. I can talk however I like and even tease people,” adds Kartikey.
