Laado shifts to the afternoon slot; Mukti Bandhan goes off air

After Hamari Saas Leela and Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors now it’s Na Aana Iss Des Laado which is being pushed to the afternoon slot to make way for the big ticket show Bigg Boss 5. Furthermore, Mukti Bandhan is all set to go off air. A source informs, “As reported earlier Laagi Tujhse Lagan was put in the 1:30 pm slot to make way for Veer Shivaji that goes weekly from October 3. Hamari Saas Leela was also put in the afternoon slot to make way for Havan which went on air on September 26. However, Leela has gone off air for a week and in most probability will be back on October 3. Similarly Na Aana Iss Des Laado is being pushed to the afternoon slot to make way for the big ticket show Bigg Boss 5. Bigg Boss has been given the 10:30 pm slot and since Laado is being aired at that hour the channel has decided to shift in to the 1 pm slot from October 3.” “Furthermore, Bigg Boss will be aired for an hour from 10:30 to 11:30 pm hence Mukti Bandhan that currently airs at 11 pm will also have to be shifted. But instead of shifting the channel has decided to pull it off air. Mukti Bandhan will be aired for the last time on September 29.” Meghna Malik aka Ammaji of Laado confirmed the news and said, “It is very disheartening and disappointing but it’s the channel's call after all. I am sure there might have been some research done before deciding to shift Laado to the afternoon slot. We just wish that we find viewers in that slot also.” Esha Kansara aka Devki of Mukti Bandhan confirmed the news of the show going off air.
