MUMBAI: Colors TV’s show Mangal Lakshmi has kept the fans on the edge of their seats. The current track of the show revolves around Bua Dadi being strongly against getting a daughter-in-law like Mangal married to her grandson, as she was earlier married and has two kids.
In the previous episode, Bua Dadi and Pratima called Mangal for a unique puja. Mangal wore a beautiful red saree for the same, but as she reached the house, Bua Dadi asked her to change her saree into something very simple. Later, the shuddhikaran (purification) ritual began, leaving Mangal shocked.

Mangal had left some puja material at her house, and Kusum ended up bringing it to the Bhatnagar house. She witnessed the drama and gave a piece of her mind to Bua Dadi and Pratima. Bua Dadi revealed that Mangal might have some issues because of which her previous marriage failed. Kusum took a stand for her and stated that it was her son who abandoned and betrayed Mangal.
Despite Kusum's explanation, Bua Dadi was adamant about getting the puja done. However, Mangal took a firm stand and mentioned that she would not perform any such puja, leaving Bua Dadi frustrated.
