Mohit Malik aka Sikander INJURED on sets of Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala!

MUMBAI: We all know that acting is a passion-driven profession.

It all seems glamourous and fun, but try mouthing a few lines in one go according to the script and you’ll know the hard work that artists have to put in and the creative challenges they face. An actor’s job is to make it all look effortless, and in the process, they often sustain injuries.

Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala actor Mohit Malik, who enacts the character of Sikander in the show, is immensely loved. But recently, he was injured while shooting for a particular sequence that required him to run with Aakriti and Myra (Kullfi and Amyra) in his arms.

Mohit took to social media to share that as glamorous as an actor’s life seems on screen, it is not always the same behind it.

As glamorous an actor’s life seems on screen it is not always the same behind it.. we face difficulties, challenges and a lot of risks while playing a particular character. This one scene is an example of the risks we take to play our characters with great finesse on screen everyday. And this is the actual footage of us getting hurt at the end. On second thought I shouldn’t have picked up them up and listened to my director. But as an actor you want to give it your best shot. The cast of Kullfi is known to share a strong bond off screen. Mohit frequently shares loving and funny posts with his reel daughters. The actor even donned a turbaned Sikh look in the show recently.
