Colors’ popular show Code Red will soon see an episode in the coming days that will focus on the much talked about 498 A section that empowers woman to fight against domestic violence.
Mohit Setia, who has been part of shows like Khane Bhi Do Yaaro, Aamna Saamna and movie Grand Masti, will play the lead in the episode to be produced by Sunshine Rise Productions.
Shared a source, “The episode will show how the law can sometimes be misused and punish innocent people.”
Mohit will play the husband who will find himself caught on a domestic violence case and fight for justice.
Also part of the episode will be actors Neeta Shetty, Aruna Sangal and Suhas Khandke.
When we buzzed the actor he shared, “I am really looking forward to the episode as I will get to portray different characteristics. It is a wonderfully written story and will give an opportunity for me to showcase my skills.”
The episode will air this Friday (15 May).
