Munisha Khatwani talks about her refreshing trip to Indonesia

Actors and people associated with the film and television industry indeed have a busy life but our TV actors hope to steal some time off to enjoy a nice cosy holiday. And for them, the monsoon season is the best one to escape from the monotonous routine and have a vacation time and get back rejuvenated. It’s same with our in-house Tarot card reader Munisha Khatwani who just got back to Mumbai after spending some relaxing days in Indonesia. So let’s talk to the lady about her exotic trip. “My trip started off from my hometown Jakarta. Later, my mom, my few cousins and I went to Bali which is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. On a five day stay there, we stayed in a five star hotel Hardrock. Since Bali is all about beaches, I enjoyed swimming and surfing,” Munisha avers. “I also shopped a lot and I bought clothes, gadgets and mobile accessories. As I love Indonesian local food, I tried a lot of different dishes of which my favourite was Gado Gado which is basically a mixed vegetable with peanut sauce and Nasigora that is like fried rice. From there we again came back to Jakarta where I stayed for over a month.” “As a matter of fact, my brother is getting married in September in Bali and we were there for some pre-preparation. On the whole, it was memorable trip. Now, I am pretty excited about my brother’s wedding.” she adds. Munisha started her acting career with the popular TV serial Just Mohabbat later came in to the limelight with her remarkable stint in Star Plus’ Survivor India.
