From being an out-and-out negative to turning into a positive one, the actor's character has seen a drastic change.

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Manish spoke in length about the show, his character and also about co-stars Abhishek Nigam and Siddharth Nigam.

Speaking about his character which turned froma  negative to positive, Manish said, ''The change is amazing. I knew that it is going to happen. I truly enjoyed playing a negative role. I was the core antagonist of the show who turned completely positive.''

Further speaking on how challenging it was to portray the role with the heavy prosthetics and make up, he said, ''It was very tedious. It took me two and a half hour to get into that look and then costume. And now, after my that part of character has ended, I am pretty relxed. I just take 20 minutes to get ready.''

Shedding some light on how Hero is different from other shows, he said, ''It is very different from what I have done. Because a lot of shows I did before were somewhat like this. I have done a lot of stunts and action in my previous shows so it was never that relaxing. This show was very challenging as I never played an alien before. I was given a reference of my characters from Star Wars and much more. But it was a challenge to present an Indianised version and present it in front of the viewers. The most biggest challenge was that my face would be hardly recogniseable and exposed and I had to only act through my eyes.''

Lastly, talking about his experience working Abhishek Nigam, he said, ''He is an extremely great boy and very professional. He is always well-prepared on set, be it his lines or stunt. Abhishek is a multi-tasker and manages everything be it lines, stunt or handling social media at the same time which is quite astonishing.''

Talking about Siddharth, he said, ''I have had a great experience with him too. This is my third show with him. We always have fun. We weren't getting scenes together before but finally got one.''

Hero - Gayab Mode On also stars many other actors like Abhishek Sharma, Aleya Ghosh, Ajay Gehi, Tunisha Sharma and Zahid Ali among others.
