Naagin 7 has been creating waves ever since Ekta Kapoor officially announced it on social media a few months ago. Since then, speculation has been rife about who would step into the lead role. Initially, the buzz was around Bigg Boss 16's Priyanka Chahar Choudhary bagging the titular role.

Now, TellyChakkar.com has learned about yet another exciting casting update from the show. For the male lead of the show, the makers had a chat with Bigg Boss 18's Avinash Mishra. Yes, you read that right!
A source close to the project said, "The makers discussed Naagin 7 with Avinash Mishra. However, later he was locked for Balaji Telefilms' YouTube project. It seems difficult for him to manage both the shows due to date issues. Having said that, he still stands a chance to bag the show."
We couldn't connect with Avinash Mishra for a comment.
TellyChakkar.com also reported that actors Sanjeeda Sheikh and Aamna Sharif can be a part of the show. Meanwhile, we also reported that the original Naagin from season one, Adaa Khan who played Shesha in the show, can be retained for the seventh season.
