MUMBAI: Fondly known as the Lady Don, Bhavya Singh of MTV Splitsvilla X2 fame has found herself at the center of yet another controversy. In a recent video posted on her YouTube channel, Bhavya shared a disturbing and deeply personal account of harassment and molestation — shockingly, at her own residence.
While recounting the traumatic experience, Bhavya chose not to disclose the identity of the alleged perpetrator. However, shortly after her video surfaced, MTV Splitsvilla 8 fame Utkarsh Gupta also took to social media to share his version of an incident, without directly naming Bhavya. Despite the lack of explicit mentions, the overlapping details and timelines in their respective narratives strongly suggest that both were referring to one another, adding further fuel to the controversy.

Bhavya revealed that she had invited an MTV Splitsvilla contestant to appear on her podcast, flying him in from Mumbai to Delhi at her own expense. Following the podcast recording, since his return flight was scheduled for the next day, he was to spend the night at her residence.
However, things reportedly took a disturbing turn. Bhavya claimed that the guest began behaving inappropriately, prompting her friends to advise against staying alone with him in the house. Despite taking precautions, Bhavya alleged that she sensed someone touching her while she was asleep. She woke up to find the guest near her and, before she could react, he allegedly pinned her down and told her she hadn't given him enough attention.
Disturbed and frightened, Bhavya said she pleaded with him to leave her alone and requested that he sleep in a separate room for the night.
When Bhavya woke up, she was terrified and immediately wanted to inform her friends about the horrifying incident. However, to her shock, she discovered that the man was missing — and so were both of her mobile phones. Panic-stricken and hysterical, she began searching frantically for her devices.
Eventually, she managed to locate him and somehow retrieved her phones. In the aftermath, Bhavya refused to pay for his return flight and made it clear that the podcast episode they had recorded would not be released. She also sought police assistance and went as far as contacting his parents. However, when she spoke to his mother, Bhavya was informed that the family had disowned him.
Utkarsh Gupta also shared his version of events, stating that the person he had gone to shoot a podcast with was deeply infatuated with him and had expressed a desire to date him on multiple occasions. According to Gupta, he declined her advances each time, which, he claimed, left her feeling angry and vengeful.
Addressing the incident involving Bhavya's missing phone and the police intervention, Utkarsh explained that in order to diffuse the tense situation, he had to frame it as a prank to avoid further complications.
