MUMBAI: Parth Samthaan is one of the most loved actors on television.

Mumbai is where Parth Samthaan grew up after being born in Pune, Maharashtra and he had a strong enthusiasm for both acting and other related professions in the entertainment sector. Parth was the lead vocalist of a band called "The FAB Five" while he was an undergraduate. After completing his studies, Parth joined the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute in Mumbai to refine his acting skills. He was a model when he started his career.
In 2012, he participated in multiple modelling competitions. Parth placed second in Pantaloons Fresh Face Model Hunt and later appeared in a few TV ads.
As an actor he played Siddharth in the TV series Gumrah: End of Innocence. He acted in Savdhaan India, MTV Webbed, and Yeh Hai Aashiqui the following year. In the same year, Parth played Prithvi Sanyal in Best Friends Forever. After being praised for his performance, he got his big break in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan opposite Niti Taylor. The show was launched on MTV India.
He was also seen in Kehne Ko, Humsafar Hain and later he bagged Kausatii Zindagii Kay 2, a rebooted version of the evergreen television show where he played the lead character Anurag Basu.
He then bagged a webseries where he played a challenging character. The series was titled ‘ Main Hero Bol Raha Hu’. While he was supposed to make his Bollywood debut in 2016 named Googly Ho Gayi with Shahid Kapoor’s sister Sanah Kapoor, it got shelved and he will now be making his big debut with Gudhchadi which also stars Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
