&TV is all set to roll out another interesting project.
Nivedita Basu’s Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi will tell the tale of a marriage under difficult circumstances.
Starring Abhishek Malik and Sonali Nikam, it will also mark the return of popular actress Tasneem Shaikh on TV.
Now, we have an update on another important cast in the drama.
Rushil Bangia, who appeared in Sadda Haq, has been roped in to play Abhishek’s character’s father.
Shares a source, “Rushil will play Akash Mittal, the second patriarch in the family. He will be a positive person and will share a cordial relationship with his family.”
When we called the actor he said, “I am really excited to be a part of the project. It is not only a very hatke story but also has an impressive ensemble.”
The team is currently shooting and the show will go on air from 16 January (2017) at the 7.30pm slot.
