Shaktiman wants to do films

Mukesh Khanna is not only acting in Shaktiman but is also going to be part of a film by Iqbal Durani. And this is not all, he is currently working on a book on health. So does that mean after acting and production now 'pitamaha' will get into writing? This is the man whose show has been running for the past seven years. Recently Shaktiman launched a contest, where the winners could be part of the show as par of prize. The winners looked overwhelmed with joy to be with their 'Shaktiman' and shoot with him for a sequence in Shaktiman. He not only wishes to preach the kids to be good, but is also against vices like drinking and smoking. A company at U.P had launched a gutka on his name. The artist got wild and ensured that the advertisement is not carried under his name The man has a record of acting in hundred films ranging from being a marshal to a dad. Mukesh exclaims, "I have restricted myself from taking up any role. I prefer to do a strong positive role rather than doing a weak negative part. Since Mukesh is larger than life, he expects something which is more realistic and genuine. My fans will soon watch me on both big and small screen. I have become a producer by default, but I will always have an inclination towards acting and will be open to good roles by channels."
