Shilpa fires first salvo at Kamalika

The saas and bahus have taken their rivalry to a new field. This big battle will be fought in Sahara One’s unique reality show Saas vs Bahu that will feature 15 saas- bahus jodis of television. However, there won’t be any brooms, utensils or any household weapon. Instead, this battle will be fought on the dance floor. Shilpa Agnihotri, aka Ganga of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, will fight against saas Gayatri (Kamalika Guha). Viewers who are sick of the saas-bahus would have longed to see these ladies beat the hell out of each other. Isn’t dance a timid way to solve this battle? Shilpa replies, “Well, this is a novel and a mild way. What’s been happening by means of dialogues up till now will now have dance attached to it. There’ll be both dialogue and dance.” So what happens when 30 saas and bahus get under one roof? “It’s literally war on the dance floor. There’ll be verbal volleys too. We bahus are young and agile. However, these saas will give lame excuses such as they aren’t that young and are returning to the dance floor after many years. So, they will garner all the sympathies,” chides our bahu Ganga. Shilpa loves playing pranks and she’s already plotted one for her saas. “I wouldn’t be getting nasty. All I need to do is leave a dog on the dance floor and that will drive Kamalika away,” warned Shilpa. The first salvo has been fired. Let’s wait and see how our saas Kamalika counters her bahu’s plan.
