Shruti back on the tube as a lawyer!

She has come back to television after quite a while, best remembered for her show I Love You on Sony is coming back to television with Kabhi Na Kabhi Kahin Na Kahin directed and produced by Suraj Rao where she plays a budding lawyer. "I play Arti, Rohit Roy's younger sister who is studying law and is very bright and active. She is a simple, middle class salwaar kameez clad. It shows the lovely relationship between a brother-sister, how she's pampered a lot and how eventually she grows up to be a matured woman later as the story proceeds," says the charming Shruti who has shot for an episode for the show. Shruti has been doing theatre all this while and is also doing a film down south and is keen on doing more of television. Kabhi Na Kabhi Kahin Na Kahin will be a Star Plus and expected to be launched in the next three months. The show is about a Don, his family and his relationships and has Rohit Roy, Narayani Shastri, Pawan Shankar, Shishir Sharma and Shama Deshpande.
