MUMBAI: Shweta Tiwari is a well-known name in the entertainment industry, with notable contributions to both Hindi and regional cinema. Her daughter, Palak Tiwari, has also stepped into the limelight and is steadily making her mark in the industry.
In a recent podcast with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Shweta opened up about Palak’s debut music video Bijlee Bijlee by Harrdy Sandhu. She revealed that when she first heard the song, she wasn’t particularly fond of it.

Shweta shared that it was her friend and actor Vikas Kalantri who brought the offer for Bijlee Bijlee and strongly encouraged Palak to take it up. Initially, Shweta wasn’t fully convinced, as she didn’t quite like the song. However, once Palak agreed to do the project, she had just two days to prepare. During that time, she would play the song on a loudspeaker in her room to practice. After hearing it multiple times, the track slowly grew on Shweta, and she eventually began to like it.
Shweta also mentioned that the music video brought Palak immense popularity, especially among children, who quickly became big fans of hers.
