SRK to make a show for kids

If rumours are to be believed then Shah Rukh Khan’s production Red Chillies’ Idiot Box is making a fiction show for kids for Disney Channel. Rajev Paul and Aashish Kaul have been approached to play pivotal characters in it. A source from the show says, “It is a kids’ show where few real characters and few cartoon characters will be involved. This is our first show for kids. We are still working on the details. Rajev and Aashish are part of this show. In few days’ time we will make an official announcement about it. This is going to be a very different show. The shoot is expected to begin in May and it may go on air at the same time.” Paul refused to comment about it, while Kaul remained unavailable. Bhavna Shresth, fiction head, Red Chillies, said she was busy in a meeting and couldn’t talk to us. On the other hand yet another person from the production confirmed the news and said that “it is our first fictional show for Disney channel.” Red Chillies’ last fiction show was Ghar Ki Baat Hai. They were also in the process to make Fauji 2 which was later scrapped.
