MUMBAI: The Kapil Sharma Show never fails to impress us with its comic timings and special guests. The show entertains us with its spot-on comedy sketches and renowned celebrity appearances. Recently, Karisma Kapoor and actor Randhir Kapoor were seen as the special guests on the popular comedy show.
The father-daughter duo also revealed little-known facts about the famed Kapoor family. Earlier, Karisma's aunt Neetu Kapoor and cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni were featured in one of the episodes where Neetu stated that the Kapoors have a "fake arrogance."
In the video, Neetu can be heard saying, ‘Matlab ki andar se lallu hai, upar se rubaab (They have a facade of pride but are fools inside).’
Karisma was taken aback at first, but after watching the full video, she stated that the Kapoors are "strong" on the outside but "sensitive" on the inside. She said, “We are so honest and sensitive.”
Karisma also mentioned that the family members never fight among themselves. While, Randhir Kapoor admitted to Kapil that he used to do 'timepass' when he was in a relationship with his wife Babita Kapoor. They were married by his parents, the late Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor.
Randhir Kapoor shared, “Main timepass kiye jaa raha tha. My father was like, ‘Shaadi vaadi karne ka iraada hai ki nahi?’. He also stated that he did plan to get married to Babita, but Raj Kapoor asked him 'Jab woh buddhi ho jayegi shaadi karega usse (Will you marry her when she gets old)?'
Meanwhile, several celebrities appear on the show every weekend and have a good time with the actors and crew.
