Urvashi Dholakia to judge Gujarati reality show

She is the negative character most people love to hate. Actor Urvashi Dholakia made her mark as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She proved she could also do comedy by taking part in Comedy Circus with Shakeel Noorani. She followed that up as a member of the wicked brigade on the Imagine show Meethi Choori No.1. She then moved on to Zee TV’s Apno Ke Liye Geeta Ka Dharmyudh. Now Urvashi has surfaced as a judge on a reality show on ETV Gujarati, Jota Rai Jasso (Dekhte Reh Jaoge). Designed on the same lines as India’s Got Talent and Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Urvashi gets to decide whose act is hot and whose is not. For Urvashi, it is almost a homecoming as she is half-Gujarati, with her mother being a Punjabi and her late father a Gujarati. “The show will help the channel revamp and revitalize itself and is also a good platform for talented people,” said Urvashi.
