Vinay Rohrra to tie the knot

Cute TV actor Vinay Rohrra, who impressed everyone with his performance in Color’s Laagi Tujhse Lagan, is all set to get hitched. This Sindhi Mumbai boy will get married to his girl friend of seven years, Pooja Dhanwani. “We have been dating since First year BCOM. We met up at tuitions,” reveals Vinay. So what does his better half do? “She is indirectly connected to the media. She is a fashion designer,” he beams. And Vinay seems completely love struck. He does not think that seven years waiting is a long period, “For it takes time to understand each other and I also wanted to get settled in life first,” says Vinay, who made his debut with Ranbir Rano. In fact, this love story is devoid of any masala. “Well, it was not a major fuss as we both belong to the same caste,” says Vinay. It seems marriage is a good omen for Vinay, as he will be seen in Sony Entertainment’s upcoming show Shubh Vivaah, very soon. Talking about the D-day, Vinay says he prefers to keep it a small and private. “I have called a few close producers and actor friends,” he adds. The ceremony will take place on 3 February 2012 in Mumbai and will be preceded by a bachelor’s party on 29 January where Vinay will have fun with all the guys. Post the marriage, the newly wed couple will go to Ko Samui, an island in the east coast of Thailand for their honeymoon.
