On World Health Day, Tellychakkar.com decided to talk to the man and get some tips on how to build those amazing abs.
“Firstly concentrate your goals. You should know what you want. The best way is to work out well but even if you don’t get time, at least run for half an hour everyday to keep yourself healthy. You should be prepared to give yourself time and hard work to achieve perfect abs,” said the guy.
Talking about diet, Gautam shared, “I feel that one should try having only ghar ka khana. If you stop eating outside food, then half the battle is won. Always eat healthy, it’s really a must.”
And finally when we quizzed him on what keeps him inspired, the nation’s heartthrob smiled, “It comes naturally to me. I don’t need inspiration as I am motivated always to keep myself fit. Even in the Bigg Boss house, I would run and continue my workout regime to keep myself in shape.”
