According to our sources, Zee TV’s supernatural drama Manmohini is set to take a leap.
The show is about a woman who braves all odds in order to rescue her husband from the clutches of an evil witch who wants to destroy her family life.
Now, our insiders inform us that to increase ratings, the makers at LSD Films are planning to take a leap of five to seven years.
However, there is another huge development that will shock fans of Manmohini.
We have heard that lead actress Garima Singh Rathore, who depicts the role of Siya, is quitting the show.
Apparently, the actress is unhappy with her character development and has hence decided to move out of the show.
When we approached Garima, she informed TellyChakkar, 'Well, nothing is final yet. I need clarity on my character and few other terms and conditions as my contract is set for a renewal. Once I have a discussion with the makers, I will be in a better position to talk.'
We also reached out to producer Prateek Sharma, but he remained unavailable for a comment.
The leap is expected to take place from next week!
