After trying her hands at different kinds of roles, Jiya is all set to make her debut in the country's most popular reality show.
Jiya will be seen as a contestant in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 and we can't keep calm.
The actress is all set to wow her fans with her participation and it will be great to see a totally different side of the actress.
Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 will be hosted by Salman Khan this year. The first season saw ace filmmaker Karan Johar as a host.
In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Jiya spoke about her participation, her strategy and much more.
Talking about her first thoughts before giving a nod to the show, Jiya said, "I wasn't really sure whether I wanted to be a part of Bigg Boss this year. But I think eventually, I thought about it a lot and then, it all fit into my plan and timeline as well."
Speaking about her family and friends' reaction, she said, "My friends were happy that I won't be around to trouble them. (Laughs)
Jiya further revealed if she had watched the previous seasons of the show and said, "I watched the first season of Bigg Boss OTT. So, this is the only season I have watched till now. I have not watched Bigg Boss which airs on the channel, so I have no clue what the difference is between both shows."
Speaking about her nervousness before entering the house, she said, "I am not nervous at the moment. I am sure I'll be anxious when the time comes."
Jiya also revealed if she has planned any strategy before entering the house and said, "I am a bit nervous about performing tasks in the house as it requires planning. I will need to win as everything depends on that. Other than that, I am not scared of conflicts."
Lastly, revealing if the viewers will get to see a different side of her in the show, Jiya said, "Yes, definitely the viewers will get to see a very different side of me that they have not seen before. I am sure they have not seen the way I get angry. Other than that, I think people who know me and the fans who are connected to me via social media know the kind of person I am."
