Not happy by the way Mahaakshay’s (Mimoh) career was shaping up going by his a disastrous debut five years ago with Jimmy, his parents Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali took it upon themselves to resurrect his career.
So they undertook to produce his latest film Enemmy that is ready to release. But there is a hitch.
True to its name, the film has already started incurring the wrath of a few. The CBFC (Censor Board of Film Certification) has rejected a song that goes on thus: Dil pe kadam jo main rakh dun, Katrina ko, Kareena ko, Bipasha ko, Priyanka ko, Madonna ko, Shakira ko pani kum chai kar dun.
Finding the lyrics objectionable, the Censor Board has asked the makers to get a NOC from Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Bipasha Basu before the song is sent again for their approval. However, it is not clear yet if anything of that kind is required from the international divas- Madonna and Shakira.
The director, Ashu Trikha however contests the whole saying that Kareena, Priyanka, Katrina and Bipasha can be anybody and not necessarily the starlets. Throwing up his hands in the air, Trikha exclaims, "There is little we can do about this. Mithun is aware of it."
Now we hear that the song in question is being deleted from the DVD.
