Ever wanted to see Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan sharing the same stage at a public event? Shamitabh's music launch today could well pull off what one can only term as a 'once in a blue moon affair'. Sources suggest that  Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan and their respective families would be present in full force at a suburban hotel where the grandest music launch of 2015 will unfold. And making things special is the presence of legendary composer, Ilaiyaraaja.

Team Shamitabh will be seen paying the ultimate tribute to the music maestro for completing a record 1000 films in his stellar career. In a rare gesture, Amitabh even recorded an invitation in the form of a  personalised voice message.

What however is going to be momentous is the presence of three of Indian cinema's biggest legends Amitabh, Rajini and Kamal who sources say that will put in a mega appearance. And it is only apt that they honour someone who is above them in stature and grace namely, Ilaiyaraaja.Now if Kamal does indeed make an appearance, this is will be that rare occasion where he will be seen sharing stage with his ex wife, Sarika and daugher Akshara. Rajini who is Dhanush's father-in-law, meanwhile is believed to be in town already since yesterday. The legend was seen attending Sonakshi Sinha's brother's wedding reception. 

Keeping in mind the massive star presence at the event, special arrangements have been made for its smooth progress. Photographers have been asked to carry tele lenses as the stage has been set at a distance of 60 feet.

Well, this certainly is going to be the mother of all events, we say.
