Kangana Ranaut resumes work after 7 months, shares selfies

Kangana Ranaut to travel Southern India for the shooting of her film Thalaivi

MUMBAI: The Queen actress Kangana Ranaut has been very active ever since the SSR case happened, the actress was seen making comments on the case and several issues, and now the actress shared some selfies whilst making an announcement about her upcoming film Thalaivi based on Tamil Nadu's former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha.

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and the following lockdown, the shooting for the film had come to a halt.  However, after seven odd months, Kangana is all set to resume work. On Twitter, she shared that she is traveling to Southern India to begin shooting for Thalaivi. With the post, she also shared some beautiful morning selfies that make her look fresh as Daisy.

She captioned the post as, "Dear friends today is a very special day, resuming work after 7 months, travelling to southern India for my most ambitious bilingual project THALAIVI, need your blessings in these testing times of a pandemic.
P.S just clicked these morning selfies hope you all like them."

Thalaivi that narrates the journey of actor-turned-politician J. Jayalalithaa, who became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu six times, is directed by A. L. Vijay. The film was supposed to release in the month of June this year, however, due to the lockdown, like many other films, the released date of Thalaivi got pushed.
