MUMBAI: Fans across the country have been eagerly waiting to see lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt share screen space for the first time. The power couple has collaborated for Ayan Mukerji's upcoming directorial Brahmastra, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Initially, the movie was scheduled to hit the screens in the month of December 2019, but due to delay in the VFX work, its release date was pushed to summer 2020. Now, are per the latest report, the release of Brahmastra has been delayed again, and it will be released in December 2020 and might clash with Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey.
Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, the movie is in the last leg of its shoot, with the cast and crew filming the climax scenes in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. After finishing the work here, the team will move to Varanasi for a song shoot.
