Currently, Abhimanyu dresses as Yamraj to convince his patient for the surgery. He finally convinces the patient. His father is not happy with his ways of functioning but cannot control him. Abhimanyu works with his principles and not with his father's tactics.
Akshara goes for an interview that happens to be Birla's NGO. She gets humiliated and while returning from there her health worsens and Daadi rushes to Birla Medical Centre with her. There, while heading to another patient, he sees Akshu on the hospital bed. He goes inside to see her while he trips on Daadi's stick and falls on her.
Previously, Aarohi creates a scene at home because of Akshara's return. Despite everyone trying to calm her, she turns too cold against Akshu. Listening to her heartbreaking words, Akshara decides to never come back to Goenka Mansion if this keeps her happy. On the other hand, Abhimanyu and Harshvardhan have a massive argument on work ethics and Manjari's respect. What will happen next? Will Abhimanyu and Aarohi ever meet again?
In the upcoming episode, Abhimanyu decides to go to the Gopi Festival in search of Akshara. He finally meets her while she is singing and saves her from the eve-teasers at the festival. Abhimanyu drops her home on his bike while Aarohi tries to introduce herself.
