MUMBAI: Adaa Khan, who is playing the main lead role in Colors’ Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, has finally cleared the air and said that she is not quitting the show.
There were reports that the actress might bid farewell to the TV series. Recently, actors Shakti Anand and Falaq Naaz were ousted from the show. Since then, there have been reports stating as the show has failed to garner the desired TRPs, the makers have planned to bring a twist in the show by bringing a new face. The reports further stated that Adaa's character will be in the coma and that's when she will be replaced.
Calling the reports a rumour, Adaa said to Hindustan Times, “Yes, the producers have planned some interesting twists in the story where my character will be in a coma, but only for a few days. I don’t know where these rumours are coming from."
Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara is a supernatural TV series. In addition to Adaa, it stars actors like Arhaan Behll, Shilpa Saklani and Vaishali Thakkar in key roles.
