Adaalat fame Urvashi Jogiya reveals why she turned down a few web shows for THIS reason

Urvashi Jogiya who has starred in multiple TV shows over the years reveals how the quality of work matters for her.

MUMBAI: A lot of content has been produced on television as well as the digital medium. With many web shows coming up with different and unique content, TV shows are trying to catch up and bring something new for the viewers.

Many actors have tried their hands in web shows where they get a chance to explore themselves and show their potential as an actor.

Actress Urvashi Jogiya who has been a part of many TV shows like Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Adaalat, Savdhaan India among others too are looking for some interesting opportunities in the TV and digital space.

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Urvashi opened up about her career plans, the kind of roles she is looking forward to, and much more.

The actress reveals how she has been looking for some substantial and performance-oriented roles to prove herself as an actor.

Urvashi further revealed how she turned down a few web series as it did not offer is anything promising.

The actress said, "Yes I turned down a few web shows because I'm not willing to be a part of any erotic content just for the sake of it. That's not how I am."

Urvashi further added, "I would prefer taking up some challenging roles and shows which have a good storyline. Doing bold scenes won't help me prove as an actor."

The talented actress expressed her desire to star in a suspense thriller.

Urvashi is currently doing fashion, ethnic, and bridal catalogue shoots. She has recently shot for an IPL and Facebook commercial. 

Apart from her acting career, she is also willing to explore her entrepreneurial side as she sees herself doing something on those levels in the near future.

Lastly, revealing about her personality and how she has not been able to make many friends from the industry over the years, Urvashi said, "It’s true guys stop talking to me when they realize I am more than just a cute face and bubbly girl. They don’t know what kind of conversation to have with me. I mean acting and modeling is what I do but that cannot be my only conversation."

Well, Urvashi has been a part of the TV industry for many years now and we are hoping to see her in some exciting projects in the coming years.
