MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Imlie is one of the popular drama series on the small screens. 

The show has been working wonders ever since the beginning. 

We have seen how Aditya and Imlie's life has constantly faced troubles ever since the Tripathi family has come to know about Aditya and Imlie's marriage. 

Things are not working in their favour as the family is extremely angry and hurt with Aditya hiding such a big truth about his life.

The relationships in the Tripathi family have become quite complicated. 

We all know that Imlie has an amazing bunch of actors like Gashmeer Mahajani, Chandresh Singh, Jyoti Gauba, Ritu Chaudhary, Mayuri Deshmukh, Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Chandni Bhagwanani and Arham Abbasi among others. 

Well, Sumbul who plays the lead role on the show has become everyone's favourite in no time. 

Not just the viewers but also the show's star cast has praised Sumbul for her fine performance. 

One of Sumbul's co-stars Arham who plays the role of Nishant got candid about her. 

He said, ''Sumbul has so many scenes to do each day on the set. I have noticed that she never takes any pressure. She happily comes on the set. Sumbul sees the scenes and takes her time to prepare for it.''

Arham further added, ''I have never seen such a sincere and dedicated actor of this age who doesn't take her work casually. She has a great grasping power and with the praises, she is being showered on, she completely deserves it. She is doing a great job at such a small age.''

The show is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum.

Imlie is produced by Gul Khan under her production house 4 Lion Films.
