MUMBAI : Bigg Boss 18's upcoming arrival is no secret. Salman Khan's controversial reality program is making a comeback, and everyone is eager to find out who will be participating this year.
Dheeraj Dhoopar's name has also been in the news for a while as a potential Bigg Boss 18 contestant. Furthermore, the popular news portal has heard that the actor is in fact talking with the filmmakers.
According to a program insider, Dheeraj Dhoopar will probably be finalized for Bigg Boss 18. The actor is interested, but right now the producers are talking to him about financial aspects.
“Yes, Dheeraj is in talks for Bigg Boss 18 for a long time. He was approached for previous seasons too but this time he looks very much interested and is likely to get on board,” the source said.
“Discussions are underway but it has come to my notice that Dheeraj is being roped in for around Rs 4-5 crore for the season. If this deal gets finalised, he will most likely be the most expensive contestant of Bigg Boss 18,” the insider added.
Dheeraj Dhoopar remained unavailable for comment. Several more well-known figures, such as Zaan Khan, Meera Deosthale, Surbhi Jyoti, Kanika Mann, Shaheer Sheikh, Sameera Reddy, Deepika Arya, Somy Ali, Anjali Anand, Arjun Bijlani, Mansi Srivastava, and Dheeraj Dhoopar, have reportedly been contacted by Bigg Boss 18's makers in the meanwhile. Star of Stree 2, Sunil Kumar, is most likely to be in the next season as well.
Excitement is further increased by the expectation that Abdu Rozik will co-host a special portion of the reality show with Salman Khan. Salman recently shot a promo for Bigg Boss 18. October 5, 2024, is most likely when the program will make its premiere.
