Dr Simran to treat 'Reth's Jia

The borders of shows are getting increasingly blurry. While in Kkusum this week, Sony's stars will converge in a party scene, Zee is actually merging the plots of Astitva and Reth. Dr Simran, who once entered the Piya Ka Ghar plot, will now step into Reth to save the protagonist Jia. The story goes this way - Jia is trying to get hubby Shekhar out of jail, but Shekhar who manages to break jail and escape, thinks Jia is the one who framed him in the first place. Heartbroken, Jia is walking in a daze, faints and is rushed to the 'Aastha Nurshing Home', that's run by Dr Simran. The good doctor comforts the pregnant Jia, and persuades her not to give up on love and relationships. The scene will be shown on both Reth and Astitva on 19 January on Zee TV.
