MUMBAI: Shiny Doshi is one of the most loved actresses on television today.

Off late, a lot of actresses take to social media to pose in some very fashionable monokini and bikini looks and somewhere down the line, they have to bear the brunt of making a special place in the hearts of the audience through their on-screen characters. 

We connected with Shiny to know her point of view as fans often tend to pass derogatory remarks on social media. 

Shiny mentioned, “Well, I personally have never come across something like this and never have I been body shamed. Infact, fans who follow me exclaim - ‘Dhara aise bhi dikh sakti hai?!’ (laughs). However, I do get comments on how ethnic wear suits me the best as compared to western outfits!”

While people have said that I look good and other things across what I have done so far, this is the first time the audience is categorically complimenting my acting skills.”
