The ‘Madhubala’ of small screen Drashti Dhami, who is currently seen playing the role of Gayatri in Zee TV’s Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, believes in celebrating all the festivals with lots of zeal.
Today on this auspicious occasion of Janmashtami people rejoice with their family and friends, the birth of Lord Krishna. This being Drashti’s first Janmashtami after her wedding, the actress is going to make the most of the celebrations.
So how is the lady enjoying this day?
Shared Drashti, “As kids we used to go out and watch people enjoy dahi handi. Whenever this colorful festival is around the corner, I get nostalgic and think about my childhood days. Since today we are shooting, we will celebrate on the sets for sure.”
