MUMBAI: TellyChakkar has been at the forefront of reporting updates on ALTBalaji’s next titled It Happened in Calcutta

Karan Kundra has been roped in to play the lead role in the series.
The project revolves around a girl studying at a medical college. She aspires to become a doctor and falls in love with a flamboyant and good-looking boy.
Now, the latest update is that actor Kunal Madhiwala, who is a part of Star Plus’ Kasauti Zindagi Kay, will also be seen in the project.
A source revealed that Kunal will play the character of Partho, who is a workaholic and extremely committed businessman.
