MUMBAI: Pavitra Rishta is one of the most successful television serials. It made the leads Ankita and Sushant stars of television and the two bagged a lot of awards for their performance. Till today people remember the characters of Manav and Archana.

It was this serial that Ankita and Sushant fell in love and dated for over six years before they parted ways in 2016, just a few months before they were going to get married. The reason is still unknown.

They were one of the most loved couples on screen as well as off-screen. The audience loved watching them and two were one of the hit jodis of television.

The relationship was so strong that Ankita had given a miss too many big banner movies as she didn’t want to join Bollywood and wanted stand by Sushant’s success.

Now we came across a video, where Sushant had announced his wedding with Akita when the two were in a relationship.

In the video, one of the reporters asks Sushant and Ankita when do they plan to get married, to which the actor replied December for sure. He has said this way back in 2016.

The reporter further asks him questions to which the actor tells him are you are scaring me, to which Ankita said it’s our marriage so just leave it.

Well, both Sushant and Ankita were considered as one of the best jodis in the television industry, and what went wrong between the two is still a mystery. They broke up in the same year when Sushant announced about their wedding.
