Ekta Kaul is pretty upset about the news of her so-called unprofessional behaviour that has made headlines today.
The report cited that Ekta was not present on the sets for the shoot of a major twist in her show, Mere Angne Mein on Star Plus. However, the fact, as again quoted by Ekta in the story remains that she had a fall few days back, which resulted in the spraining of her ankle.
Clarifying this, a source from the sets of Star Plus’ Mere Angne Mein told us, “Ekta took couple of day leaves to not strain her badly injured foot. But she started shooting, as soon as the doctors put the plaster on her leg. Also, it is impossible for anyone to predict and forecast an accident, which will require him/her to take an off from work.”
Providing ample proof of the same, our source gave us the pictures of Ekta with her plastered leg.
When contacted, Ekta did not want to get into details, but said, “It is sad that the media is misusing the power just to fill the space.”
Well, we can only wish a speedy recovery for Ekta at this point of time...
